5. What are the manufacturing and delivery times?
Manufacturing your custom neon takes between 5-7 business days. Delivery can take between 8-20 days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
6. What is your return and warranty policy?
We offer a 24-month warranty on all our neon lights. In case of any defects or damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund. As each neon light is personalized, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
